This large House has two A/C Rooms and two bathrooms(one attached bathroom). This is well enough for 4 people.All rooms are consisted with King Size beds, Ceiling fans, Wardrobes & Cloth hangers.
A large living are with a sofa & a dining area with a large table suitable for 4 people are also available. All bathrooms comes with hot water facilities. A modern pantry comes with 4 burner gas stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, Double door Fridge & a electric Kettle etc.The fully automatic washing machine is also fixed in a outside room. A Paid Fiber WiFi also available at the unit and A LED TV with IP TV connection is available.
It is also consisted a open garage with a veranda with furniture open to the landscaped garden.Guests can use this space for even dining/BBQ.A top balcony can be used to dry clothes & even to see the movements of birds & monkeys.
